Bunting with Screen Stencil Prints, Stripes and Dots

1. Flags with screen stencil prints: Place the punched-out flags on an even surface. Place the screen stencil on top of the flags with the adhesive side face down. Press down firmly.

2. Saturate the paint roller with Plus Color craft paint. Roll the paint roller onto and over the screen stencil, covering the design.

3. Carefully remove and wash the screen stencil in lukewarm water immediately.

4. Flags with dots: Saturate a foam stencil brush with Plus Color craft paint and make dots . Flags with stripes: Use masking tape to cover the area between the vertical stripes you wish to paint. Use a paint roller to paint the stripes.

5. Thread the flags onto paper yarn through the holes. Use as many as you want, making the bunting as long as you like.

6. The table flag is made from a flag attached to a stick with a stand using Power Tape. Use a wooden end cap to finish the end of the flag pole.

7. Decorate the flag with two pieces of paper yarn - one in each hole – tied around the stick.
